DriveRight HQ ("we," "us") is a review and marketing automation service for local businesses, operated by MRH Consulting LLC. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Contact information — name, phone number, and email address you provide when booking a demo, contacting us, or doing business with one of our client businesses.
• Business information — business name, address, and online profiles (such as Google Business Profile) for businesses using our service.
• Message interactions — records of SMS messages we send on a business's behalf and replies we receive (such as STOP or HELP requests).

How we use it

• To send review requests, missed-call follow-ups, and related service messages via SMS on behalf of the local business you interacted with.
• To operate, maintain, and improve our service, and to respond to your inquiries.

SMS program

When you provide your phone number to a business using DriveRight HQ (for example, when booking a service), you may receive text messages from that business, such as review requests or follow-ups about a missed call. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of future messages or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share information only as needed to operate the service (for example, with our SMS provider to deliver messages) or when required by law.

Your choices

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may contact us at [email protected] with questions about your information.
